Additives

Surfactants: Nonionic surfactants, which are labeled for use with herbicides, may be used. Do not reduce the rates when adding surfactant (2 quarts per 100 gallons of spray solution of a surfactant containing 70% active.) For surfactant less than 70% active the use of 4 quarts per 100 gallons of spray, after active solution is recommended.

Ammonium Sulfate: The addition of 1 to 2 percent dry ammonium sulfate by weight or 8.5 to 17 pounds per 100 gallons of water may increase the performance of this product on annual and perennial weeds.

Application Equipment

Ground Equipment: Carefully select proper nozzles to avoid spraying a fine mist.
